On Line Payments

Through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, you will be able to make electronic payments to your child's food service account.  Payment may be made as a direct transfer from a checking or savings account or a credit card.

You will be required to register to use the new system. Follow all the steps as directed.

A "convenience fee" of $1.30 will be added to each transaction.

Debit cards are treated as credit cards by the banking system.

Check.

A deposit form can be printed and sent along with your child to the school or child attends, or mailed to the school, or send to the Food Services Office, 375 N. Eagle St., Oshkosh, WI 54902. Write the check out to the school you are sending the payment.


Cash.

A deposit form can be printed and sent along with your child or mailed to the school. Sending cash with small children is not recommended.


Refunds.

Refunds will be granted for students and families exiting the district and in limited situations, when a student no longer uses the account.  Refunds will only be issued through the Food Services Office.  To get your refund, please complete a Refund Request Form.  Please consider a donation to another student.  Because of the generosity of our families, we are able to provide students with a meal, when there is no money in the account.  We are grateful to provide that service.
